Through this service, we provide the needed manpower to handle all aspects of the guest experience, from managing parking areas, to reception and registration, guidance and support, seating management, in-hall support, workshops management and check-in, in addition to any other manpower needs like backstage support.
We know that dealing with high level guests requires a different set of skills and a unique approach. This service include managing and/or supporting all protocol needs of the event, starting with delivering VVIP invitations and tracking their RSVPs, to finalizing seating arrangements, and coordinating with the offices of the VVIP to prepare for their reception and seating requirements.
